What is In-House Overflow Support?

Our In-House Overflow Support service helps your internal legal and sales teams review, negotiate, and finalize high volumes of commercial contracts under tight deadlines.

Relying on real-world business experience, our attorneys avoid 'over-lawyering' deals by keeping negotiations grounded in commercial reality. We typically turn around contracts within 48 hours of receipt to ensure that "it's with legal" doesn't become a phrase that delays or kills deals.

Best of all, our seasoned attorneys are tech-savvy. Whether you want to engage via email, Slack, Teams, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Jira,, Asana, or something else, we're ready to plug into your tech stack to seamlessly integrate as an extension of your team. We can even work with client-issued hardware!

How It Works

One of our experienced contract attorneys is assigned to work with you for as long as you need.

Your dedicated Out-House Attorney then collaborates with your internal team to define contract objectives and minimally-acceptable terms.

Once expectations are defined, you can assign tasks and collaborate directly with your Out-House Attorney using your preferred tech stack.

Your Out-House Attorney then reviews, redlines, and negotiates assigned contracts in accordance with your playbook.
