Jacqueline Johansen is a meticulous commercial attorney with over 10 years of practice experience. With Am Law 100 (Greenberg Traurig), in-house, and commercial litigation experience at the General Counsel and Partner levels, Jacqueline is well-versed in all aspects of business and commercial law, including private mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, intellectual property, global data privacy, and general corporate advisory matters.


Jacqueline also advises corporate clients on complex SaaS deals, construction and architecture agreements, corporate governance, and employment matters, including drafting employment-related policies and procedures, onboarding, and terminations. Jacqueline's ability work with diverse audiences to navigate complex operational and legal challenges make her a perfect addition to our General Counsel as a Service (GCaaS) and In-House Overflow Support services.

  • Advised and assisted international company on corporate formation in the United States and international intellectual property portfolio management.

  • Represented domestic furniture reseller in its acquisition of substantially all assets of a Northern California furniture reseller and installation company.

  • Represented regional furniture reseller in a sale to emerging consolidated reseller of office furniture.

  • Advised companies on stock sales, shareholder agreements, buy-sell arrangements and corporate governance issues.

  • Advised international company on implementation of various service agreements to minimize financial and intellectual property risks.

  • Drafted international company’s data privacy policy for compliance in multi-national jurisdiction.

  • Advised engineering clients on confidentiality agreements and drafted royalty agreements for their various inventions.

  • Registered trademarks for entrepreneurs in entertainment and corporate industries.

  • Successfully settled copyright infringement matter involving photographs.

  • Drafted installation company’s terms and conditions and advised it on various service agreements.

  • Negotiated construction contracts and architecture and design firm agreements for owner of office buildings in Boston, MA.
