Senior Commercial Counsel
Jacqueline Johansen is a meticulous commercial attorney with over 10 years of practice experience. With Am Law 100 (Greenberg Traurig), in-house, and commercial litigation experience at the General Counsel and Partner levels, Jacqueline is well-versed in all aspects of business and commercial law, including private mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, intellectual property, global data privacy, and general corporate advisory matters.
Jacqueline also advises corporate clients on complex SaaS deals, construction and architecture agreements, corporate governance, and employment matters, including drafting employment-related policies and procedures, onboarding, and terminations. Jacqueline's ability work with diverse audiences to navigate complex operational and legal challenges make her a perfect addition to our General Counsel as a Service (GCaaS) and In-House Overflow Support services.
